Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days – ₹99
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days – ₹199
Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹1,499

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Delivery takes approximately 10–15 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags and hygiene liners are intact
Item is in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn or has had its hygiene liner removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@radiance.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Once approved, we'll provide you with return shipping instructions.
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us at support@radiance.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
